The justice system in Sweden is currently really messed up. Everyday, you can read on Swedish news sites, and on Swedish Twitter accounts how people that are guilty of rape basically never get charged with anything except from maybe a fine. Apparently it does not matter if the female that claims that she has been raped got evidence for it, and the man (the normal accusation, considering there are few men who report rapes) admits that he did it, the man will still walk free.
Is this really how it is supposed to be? So easy for a person to commit a crime and not get charged for them.
